At Jumely, you're able to place an order as a guest user, a registered or a new customer. Ordering is easier and quicker when you sign up for a Jumely account. Once you have decided on colour and size, you can place your items in the shopping basket, where you'll find an overview of all the items you have selected. You'll also find the total sum of your order here. Your order is not legally binding until you have gone through the payment process and selected your shipping address.
Sorry, we don't offer an ordering service via phone or e-mail. You can easily order through our online shop.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking code.
To enable the order to arrive as quick as possible, we forward it to the warehouse as fast as we can. For this reason we are unable to alter orders or addresses retrospectively.
If you have ordered something that you're not happy with, you can return it to us.
We can't promise you anything, but we can try. If you get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order, we'll attempt to cancel it for you before it reaches the warehouse. If your order has already been forwarded to the warehouse, we can no longer cancel it. You do however, always have the option to return your order to us. As soon as it reaches us we will send you a confirmation and issue a refund, providing the order has already been paid for.

You don't need a Jumely account to be able to place an order.
The quickest and easiest way to order is through signing up for a Jumely account. You'll be able to view all relevant data such as order history and item prices within your account. You are also able to change your settings here.
No problem. Click on 'Login' in the Jumely navigation, where you can select 'Forgotten your password?' and enter your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail where you can reset your password. If you don't receive an e-mail from us, please check your SPAM folder.
“My Account” is your personal user account for the Jumely online shop.
You want to order in the quickest and easiest way possible? Click on the 'Login' button at the right-hand side of the Jumely online shop menu and then select 'Register' where you can enter your details.
Of course, you can place an order without signing up for a Jumely account. You can register during the ordering process by selecting 'New customer / Guest' and creating a password.

You can pay using credit card or PayPal. Jumely reserves the right to withhold certain payment methods at any time.

Paying using your VISA or MasterCard is secure and easy at Jumely. During the payment process, you will automatically be redirected to the payment service provider. Once you have completed this step, you will be sent back to the online shop and can complete your order
PayPal is an online payment service provider, that makes online payments quick and secure. Your bank and credit card details are only stored at PayPal. If you choose PayPal as a payment method, you will be redirected to their site where you can login using your PayPal data and proceed with your payment.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking code. Please remember that it may take a few hours for your tracking code to be activated.
For deliveries to European Union, shipping costs will be 5 €. For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, shipping costs will be 6 €.
We ship to a number of different countries, so delivery times may vary. Deliveries to European Union countries normally take four business days, deliveries to outside the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom have to be confirmed.
Throughout the entire process of delivery, emails will be sent to you with the various status of the order. These emails can be sent by Jumely or FEMA depending on the stage at which the order is.

In case your order was damaged during transport, you can return it to us for free by explaining the damage on your returns form. You can find all the steps to follow on the page " Delivery and Returns Shipments ".
If you haven't received the items you ordered, please get in touch with our customer service. So that we can sort this out for you as quickly as possible.
For returns, please complete the return form on the "Delivery and Return Shipments" page and follow the requested steps.
We'll try to be quick - promise! As soon as we have processed your returns, we will get in touch with the payment service provider. One to two business days later, the money will be back on your account. Refunds are always made in the same payment method as used for the payment, or by wire transfer to Your bank account.
You're not happy with an item? No problem. As soon as you have received your delivery, you have fourteen days to return it to us.
For returns there are no shipping costs, you just need to fill in the return form, which can be found at "Delivery and Returns Shipments" page, and follow the requested steps.
If an item you have purchased from Jumely Online Store is defective, you can claim with us within the legal warranty periods. All costs will be borne by the Jumely Online Store.
